These Terms & Conditions govern your use of reedsmobilesvcs.com and the services provided by Reed's Mobile Services, LLC ("Reed's Mobile Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or requesting service, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
Reed's Mobile Services provides on-site (mobile) heavy-equipment mechanical repair and welding. Submitting a request does not create a binding service agreement; we will contact you to confirm scope, availability, and pricing before work begins. Any estimate is based on the information you provide and may change once the equipment is inspected.
2. Text messaging (SMS) program terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Reed's Mobile Services related to your request or account, including confirmations that we received your request and that Tyler Reed will contact you, and one-time sign-in codes for authorized staff.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP at any time; you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. We never share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties.
3. Payment
Charges for diagnosis, labor, parts, and travel are as quoted and confirmed with you. Payment terms are provided with your invoice.
4. Warranties and liability
We perform work with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reed's Mobile Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here.
